Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with the Solution CR GmbH online shop, Sauerbruchstraße 112, 51375 Leverkusen, Germany.
The range of goods offered in our online shop is aimed exclusively at buyers who are 18 years of age or older.
Our deliveries, services, and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions therefore also apply to all future business relationships with companies, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again. The inclusion of any customer's General Terms and Conditions that contradict our General Terms and Conditions is hereby expressly prohibited.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to purchase goods in the online shop.
By clicking the button ["Order now with payment" / "buy"], you submit a binding offer to purchase (Section 145 of the German Civil Code). Immediately before placing this order, you can review the order again and, if necessary,
Upon receipt of the purchase offer, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming that we have received your order (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your purchase offer. A contract is not yet concluded by the confirmation of receipt.
A purchase contract for the goods is only concluded when we expressly declare acceptance of the purchase offer (order confirmation) or when we
ship the goods to you – without prior express declaration of acceptance. Exception: When paying in advance or via PayPal, acceptance of the order occurs immediately upon your order.
Orders are only possible in normal household quantities.
Prices
The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components and are subject to applicable shipping costs and, where indicated, a deposit.
Payment Terms; Default
Payment can be made by:
Invoice, prepayment, cash on delivery, credit card,
PayPal, or direct debit.
We reserve the right to select the available payment methods. In particular, we reserve the right to offer you only selected payment methods, for example, only prepayment to protect our credit risk.
If you select prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days of receiving the order confirmation.
For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of EUR 5.60 will be charged, which the delivery person will collect on site. No other fees or taxes will apply.
For credit card payments, the purchase price will be reserved on your credit card at the time of ordering (authorization). Your credit card account will be charged at the time we ship the goods to you.
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the ordering process. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.
When paying by direct debit, you may be responsible for any costs resulting from a chargeback of a payment transaction due to insufficient funds in your account or due to incorrect bank details provided by you.
If you default on a payment, you are obligated to pay statutory default interest of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate. For each reminder letter sent to you after the occurrence of default, you will be charged a reminder fee of EUR 2.50, unless lower or higher damages can be proven in the individual case.
Set-off/Right of Retention
You are only entitled to a right of set-off if your counterclaim has been legally established, is not disputed or acknowledged by us, or is closely related to our claim.
Similarly, you may only exercise a right of retention if your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
